We're thrilled to introduce Incidents Handling, which helps manage, track, and resolve container incidents quickly and efficiently. It includes features that make it easy to categorize incidents and document information. Now you can report and resolve Incidents on the Navigator or Web App with ease 💨

We've been hard at work making HUGE strides across all of our systems and applications. Here's a quick rundown of some things we've been working on:

Revised Container Statuses | Newly added 'Moved'

Containers are now classified into 2 classes:

• Operational

  • Full - by default 80% | Target Fill Level

  • Nearly Full - by default 70% | 10% below Target Fill Level

  • Normal - by default 0-70%

• Non-Operational

  • Offline - this containers sensor has stopped reporting

  • Sensorless - there is no sensor ins

In our continued effort to help manage your assets, we've made some improvements: 💪

• Accuracy Circles 🔵
  Accuracy circles will now show location precision. You can toggle them on and off by clicking the button with the accuracy icon on the map.

• List Updates 📜
  The movement list now shows up to 25 locations together. Each group is numbered to make it easier to understand.

• Improved Satellite Map Visibility 👀
  We changed how locations and movements are displayed on the map to make sure they don't blend -

Satellite Maps have been introduced
With the freshly released update to our web application you are now able to choose between satellite and terrain maps to get a clearer look at where your containers are installed. To switch between the two, simply use the buttons in the corner of the map.


New Routes Look
On top of brand new maps, we also updated how routes look to make it easier to understand just how the route was planned and what actually happened during the course of it. We introduced new mark

Pickup Insights is a new tab that provides you with more data and better transparency of your services. You can now view the history of services together with the Target Fill Level (the optimal time for service).

This will help you quickly figure out how well a particular container is being serviced. The closer the services are to the pink line, the better.

You can access the information as a visual graph and as a table. And you can continue to compare container services by week, month, and quarte

We've just rolled out a lot of minor UX enhancements, including better filtering within the Container List view of our web app .

You are now able to search for containers by name, location, fill level, container type, content type, fill rates, or even when they last got emptied.

We have a lot of information about each container, so be sure to also select the columns within the table that are relevant for you and hide the rest! 😉
